Is it cheaper to buy a bundle than individual bins?

Absolutely it is! We always price our bundles to be lower than when you buy your bins separately. If you know you need more than one bin (and let’s be honest, you do), a bundle is always the way to go.

Do they arrive ready to use?

All bins in the bundle arrive together, flat-packed and ready in minutes. No tools, no screws, no flashbacks to your last run-in with a certain Swedish furniture store. Just add a liner and you’re good to go.

What if I need more bins down the track?

No stress. You can add individual bins to your setup any time. Think of the bundle as your starting point, rather than your final answer. Many of our customers start with a set and add extra bins as they work out what their space actually needs.

What size bin should I get for my school?

Most schools use a mix. The 25L bins work well in classrooms where space is tight, and the 60L bins are better for shared areas like canteens, corridors and playgrounds. If you’re not sure what setup suits your school, flick us an email at trashtalk@ecobin.com.au, and we’ll help you figure it out.

How long will they last?

A long time. Up to 10 years even. They’re made from polypropylene, which is tough enough to handle whatever students throw at them (literally). The desktop minis even come with a lifetime guarantee. We’ve had schools running the same bins for years without needing replacements.

Can I clean them?

Absolutely. A wipe down with a damp cloth does the job. Polypropylene is water and chemical resistant, so they can handle whatever ends up on them. Which, in a school, could be anything…
